Account control

Delete your SPARC account.

Account deletion is permanent. You can do it directly in the app, or request deletion by email if you can no longer access SPARC.

Delete inside SPARC

This is the fastest route because you are already signed in.

  1. Open Settings in SPARC.
  2. Find Delete account in the account section.
  3. Read the warning and type DELETE in capital letters.
  4. Confirm permanent deletion.

Request deletion by email

Email us from the address connected to your SPARC account with the subject “Delete my SPARC account”. We may ask you to verify account ownership before acting.

If you cannot use the account email, explain why and include enough non-sensitive account context for support to help. Never send a password or one-time code.

What happens

What deletion covers

SPARC removes the authentication identity and associated live account records it controls.

Account and profile

Your sign-in identity, profile, subjects, goals, notification token, and current access record are removed.

Study and Lara data

Server-held study activity, mock records, progress summaries, Lara sessions and messages, and related user records are removed.

Support records

Account-linked support tickets and messages are removed from SPARC’s live user tables, subject to any limited record we must legally retain.

Remember the device copy: local study data already saved on a phone may remain until you clear SPARC’s app storage or uninstall it. Protected system backups, payment, security, or legal records may take longer to expire or may be retained where the law requires it.

For more detail, read the SPARC Privacy Policy.
